The death of a child is catastrophic. It is painful, sometimes beyond words. It hurts. If it is possible to lessen the suffering, wouldn't you want to try?
This 6-week online workshop series is hosted by bereaved parents for bereaved parents.
Each week, your expert guides, Anne Moss Rogers and Karla Helbert, LPC, both of whom have lost a child, will provide a safe place where connection can be found, burdens may be eased, and your grief and your love can be shared. You will gain valuable insights and coping strategies designed to help you navigate through the overwhelming grief and find ways to lessen your suffering.
We will lead discussions, group activities, and facilitate small breakout groups. The weekly sessions are planned as shown below-but the discussion will be fluid to allow open and honest sharing.
