Some experiences cannot be rushed. Grief, trauma, and profound loss invite us to slow down, breathe, enter and be with, the deeper layers of our being.
Healing Intensives and 2–4 day private retreats offer expanded, immersive spaces to move beyond the limits of a traditional therapy hour and into a rhythm that allows for meaningful release, integration, and renewal. These experiences are for those who sense that one hour isn’t enough—or who wish to reconnect deeply with themselves and, often, with loved ones who have died—in a sacred, intentional way, held with compassion and skilled support.
Each intensive, or retreat, is personalized around your needs and intentions. Together, we co-create a gentle space of safety and presence. Within this extended container, you’ll have time to explore, feel, rest, and integrate—without pressure or rush. You'll also have support around travel arrangements, and accomodations if needed.
Your experience may include:
Induced After-Death Communication (IADC): A gentle, evidence-based process to support connection after loss. Learn more about IADC here...
Spiritual Hypnosis Journeys: Guided sessions to take you within the depths of self to do integrative work following others sessions including IADC and trauma reprocessing, or to experience the deep healing and insight these session can bring on their own. Learn more here...
Yoga Therapy & Somatic Work: Movement, breath, and awareness practices to engage the body’s innate wisdom and support nervous system regulation.
Journaling & Expressive Writing: Reflection and creative expression to give voice to grief, insight, and meaning that you create.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work: Meeting and integrating your inner parts with compassion and curiosity. This may include inner child work, inner critic, fearful parts, manager parts, and more.
Trauma Re-processing: using guided visualizations, inner resourcing, you are completely at the helm of the experience. There are multiple modalities in which I am trained. We will find the right one for you.
Yoga Nidra: Deep guided relaxation to access a place where body/mind/spirit can feel more integrated supporting better sleep, rest, relaxation, and healing where healing is needed. Learn more here...
Arts and Expressive work: This may include journaling, painting, collage, work with clay, mandala creation, or other forms of creation and expression.
Tarot & Archetypal Symbology: Accessing the language of the soul through imagery, metaphor, and symbolic guidance. Learn more here...
Reiki: Gentle yet powerful energy work for stress relief and integration. Learn more here...
Whether you choose a multi-hour, day-long intensive, or multi-day retreat, the appropriate modalities and techniques will be woven together to honor your whole being--mind, body, and spirit.
Retreat options For those seeking even deeper immersion, I offer private 2–4 day individualized retreats. Each retreat is custom-crafted to your goals and needs and can include both structured and unstructured time for integration. Retreats may take place in-person in a calming, natural setting or virtually with intentional design for your home environment.
