You can peruse it to get some ideas to help you emotionally and mentally prepare for the season. You can download and print it, and write straight onto the pages, or just follow it as a guide as you make your own notes, writing in your own journal or sketchbook. 

I don't give a lot of advice, but making a plan for holidays (and other hard days) was one of the best pieces of advice I ever received as a bereaved mom--from another bereaved mom. I share her advice with every person I know who is broken-hearted and grieving. Make a plan. You don't have to stick with the plan, but have one just the same.
